Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hours notice for haircut and medspa services and 48-hours notice for chemical services cancellations.
Less than 24-hours notice for haircuts and medspa appointments will result in a $50 charge. Less than a 48-hour notice for chemical appointments result in a $100 charge.
No-shows may be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed in advance, because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members’ schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Free Spirit Salon policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing our established and future clientele. Any services of three hours or longer require a 50% deposit when booking an appointment. The deposit will be applied to your appointment when checking out. Failure to provide proper notice for cancellation will result in loss of deposit. Please refer to our cancellation policy above.
