Adrian has been with the salon for 30 years and has been its Artistic Director and an advanced educator for the many years
His dedication and relentless pursuit of bettering his craft has led him to being a 2020 NAHA Finalist and has taken him globally to such institutes as The Vidal Sassoon advanced training academy in London as well as to many across the United States. He has also been featured in numerous publications including Inspire and Modern Salon and was recently selected to participate on The Ted Gibson Artistic Team at New York’s Fashion Week.
We look forward to many more years of his leadership and passion in Free Spirit Salon.

Victor is a Sr. Stylist and Owner at Free Spirit Salon.
He has a deep passion for hair and loves the opportunity to put a smile on someone’s face. He loves teaching and one of his favorite parts of the salon is watching members of our staff grow both personally and professionally. He loves that the industry is constantly evolving and that there is exceptional education available to artists today.
Outside of the salon you can find Victor on the lake fishing. Victor was born in Key West, Fl and is a fluent Spanish speaker!

Kim is a Senior Stylist at Free Spirit Salon and has been a beloved member of our team for over 20 years. Known for her honesty, loyalty, and genuine care, Kim treats every client like family. She pours her heart into her work, going above and beyond to ensure each guest feels valued and leaves looking their very best.
Her passion for hair artistry shines through in every customized look she creates. Always committed to growth, Kim has pursued advanced education nationwide and has had the honor of participating in New York Fashion Week as well as being featured in Modern Salon Magazine. As an educator within Free Spirit Salon, she takes pride in mentoring new talent and helping them elevate their skills.
Outside of the salon, Kim loves spending time in nature hiking with her dog or relaxing with her two cats. An animal lover at heart, she also brings a global perspective to her work, speaking fluent Korean. With her decades of experience, passion, and warmth, Kim creates an unforgettable salon experience for every client.
Farzaneh Mokhtari (Farzi)

Farzi’s lifelong dream of becoming a hairstylist began in her childhood in Iran. When she moved to America in 2002, she promised herself she would make that dream a reality—and she has proudly done so here at Free Spirit Salon. With a warm heart and a dedication to excellence, Farzi works hard to ensure every client feels comfortable, cared for, and leaves looking beautiful.
She loves the hair industry not only for the artistry but also for the people she gets to meet. Listening to her clients’ stories and building lasting friendships along the way is one of her favorite parts of the job.

With a passion for continuous growth, she invests in advanced education across the globe—traveling to California, New York, and even Europe to refine her cutting, coloring, and styling skills by learning from the best in the industry.
Before finding her home in the salon world, Elena worked in fashion, and her love for style still shines through in her always-chic outfits. Bilingual in Russian and English, she connects easily with a diverse range of clients and makes everyone feel welcome in her chair.

Coley’s passion for hair shines through in every client she works with. Inspired by the artistry of the industry, she loves creating customized looks that feel like wearable works of art. Always eager to grow, Coley values the continuous education she receives at Free Spirit Salon and is dedicated to perfecting her craft.
Outside of the salon, Coley enjoys spending time with her three kids, painting, reading, and diving into her love of history. She’s also learning American Sign Language to better connect with her deaf son and the community—showing her commitment to both family and inclusivity. If she weren’t a stylist, Coley imagines she’d be a historian or own a cozy bookshop, which speaks to her creative and thoughtful spirit.

Adriana has a passion for coloring hair, which began early on in her career. Since then, she prides herself in helping others to experience her passion for color. She loves to make people feel beautiful and loves the idea of getting to create new looks for clients.

She decided to get into the hair industry because she loves to help people realize how beautiful they are! She loves doing hair. It’s been her passion since she was 5 years old. No one will care more about you and your hair more than her. Kelly is always striving to keep up with the trends in industry by attending education both inside and outside of the salon regularly. Outside of the salon, you can find Kelly travelling the world, hanging out with her family, or playing with her dog!
Kelly’s most proud career moment was when her first project she worked on was nominated for NAHA.

Jensen has been apart of our team for over 5 years now. Her story is a cool one: a while ago she messed up her hair trying to do it herself from a YouTube tutorial and it was not cute lol. Seeing how her hairstylist was able to make it look so beautiful again was the aha moment for her and she knew she wanted to do the same thing for others! She has always been super into the aesthetics of things and she has really taken that view into doing hair. To her every head of hair is like an art project and she loves the process of collaborating with her clients to create looks that have the wow factor. She loves keeping up with any current trends and really values continued education to give her clients that wow factor again and again! Behind the chair she loves doing balayage/lived in colors, haircuts, high contrast color, and anything in the shag/mullet family.
Fun Facts about Jensen: She was a dancer for 16 years and can do a cartwheel with no hands! She also loves wigs, makeup, photography, and videography!

Aubrey’s highest priority is customer service. She is genuine and honest about your concerns and what is achievable for you. She wants you to be in love with your hair and understand why and what we are doing to best suit you and your lifestyle. At the end of the day you are the one who lives with your hair, so as long as you’re happy, she is happy!
Aubrey’s greatest career accomplishment to date is being one of the fastest team members to get promoted from a level one to a level two stylist in company history!
Fun facts about Aubrey: She has a bachelor’s of business administration in management, she always has fun and creative nails, and she did a study abroad in college and loves traveling.

Her artistry and dedication were recognized when she was named a SEHA 2023 finalist in the Newcomer Stylist category, one of her proudest career achievements.
Beyond the salon, Hayley enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats, and you’ll often find her acting or doing makeup—other creative outlets that inspire her work behind the chair. Her background working with Latino hair and lightening services gives her a unique edge, and she loves creating beautiful results for clients of all ethnicities. Fluent in Spanish, Petri makes every appointment warm and welcoming by connecting with clients in the language they feel most comfortable in.

Outside of work, Mary Katherine brings the same dedication and creativity to her personal life. She hiked the entire Appalachian Trail, and when she’s not adventuring outdoors, you’ll often find her hiking locally, spending time with her husband, or enjoying her hobbies of beekeeping and handcrafting soaps, chapsticks, and more. Her resourcefulness, warmth, and adventurous spirit make her a valuable part of our Free Spirit Team

Free Spirit Aesthetics began in October 2022 when the Free Spirit Salon management team realized there was an opportunity to offer high-end, luxury services to their customers conveniently. Free Spirit Aesthetics is Physician-owned and managed by the same team as Free Spirit Salon. The team is made up of Supervising Physician, Sheldon Lincenberg, a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon; Margaret Kapasi, a trained Aesthetic Injector and Board Certified in Diabetes Management specializing in weight loss; Melissa Maddux, a Nurse Practitioner and trained Aesthetic Injector; and Katie Medina, a Medical Esthetician with Laser Certification through the State of Georgia. Our goal is to create custom treatment and maintenance plans designed specifically for you, because you deserve to feel free in your own skin!
