Adrian Gutierrez Free Spirit Professional since: 1995 Artistic Director Adrian has been with the salon for 28 years and has been its Artistic Director and an advanced educator for the many years
His dedication and relentless pursuit of bettering his craft has led him to being a 2020 NAHA Finalist and has taken him globally to such institutes as The Vidal Sassoon advanced training academy in London as well as to many across the United States. He has also been featured in numerous publications including Inspire and Modern Salon and was recently selected to participate on The Ted Gibson Artistic Team at New York’s Fashion Week.
We look forward to many more years of his leadership and passion in Free Spirit Salon.

Victor is a Sr. Stylist and Owner at Free Spirit Salon.
He has a deep passion for hair and loves the opportunity to put a smile on someone’s face. He loves teaching and one of his favorite parts of the salon is watching members of our staff grow both personally and professionally. He loves that the industry is constantly evolving and that there is exceptional education available to artists today.
Outside of the salon you can find Victor on the lake fishing. Victor was born in Key West, Fl and is a fluent Spanish speaker!

Kim is a Sr. Stylist at Free Spirit Salon and has been with us for 17 years. She is honest and loyal to everyone who sits in her chair. She prides herself in taking care of her clients like they are her own family. She goes above and beyond for every single client with her full heart.
She is extremely passionate about her work and loves the opportunity to customize each client’s hair. She goes above and beyond to further her education by attending classes all over the country. Kim has been fortunate enough to be a part of New York Fashion Week and has been featured in Modern Salon Magazine. She is also an educator within our salon and helps to take our new talent from good to great!
Outside of the salon you can find her hiking with her dog or playing with her 2 cats- she is an animal lover! She also speaks fluent Korean!
Farzaneh Mokhtari (Farzi)
Master Stylist
Free Spirit Professional since: 2004
Ever since Farzi was a child in Iran, she has aspired and dreamed about being a hair stylist. When she moved to America in 2002 she promised herself that she was going to fulfill her dream and become a professional hair stylist. Farzi has done just that at Free Spirit Salon. She works hard to make her clients happy and comfortable and provides top notch customer service. She loves the industry because of the people she gets to meet. She loves that she can hear many stories and make close friends along the way. Outside of the salon you can find Farzi with her three beautiful children, cooking, or helping at her church.

Robbie has been doing hair and making people beautiful since 2013! She specializes in Vivid Color transformations and corrections.

Aside from being amazing at everything she does, Elena is our Updo queen and specializes in bridal hair and specialty styling.
Elena prides herself on constant education. She is continuously looking to enhance her cutting and coloring skills by travelling to places like California, New York, and Europe to learn from the best. She is extremely close to her family and can be found embracing them every minute she is not at the salon. She also speaks both Russian and English.
Before getting into the hair industry, she worked in the fashion industry. She can still always be found wearing a cute, stylish outfit.

Adriana has been with Free Spirit Salon since our inception in 1995 and has generously helped in many facets of the salon including being a colorist.
Adriana has a passion for coloring hair, which began early on in her career. Since then, she prides herself in helping others to experience her passion for color. She loves to make people feel beautiful and loves the idea of getting to create new looks for clients.
Outside of work you can find Adriana watching movies or singing shows on TV!

Kelly joined Free Spirit Salon in 2014 and has since grown to be an integral part of our team.
She decided to get into the hair industry because she loves to help people realize how beautiful they are! She loves doing hair. It’s been her passion since she was 5 years old. No one will care more about you and your hair more than her. Kelly is always striving to keep up with the trends in industry by attending education both inside and outside of the salon regularly. Outside of the salon, you can find Kelly travelling the world, hanging out with her family, or playing with her dog!
Kelly’s most proud career moment was when her first project she worked on was nominated for NAHA.

Coley is one of the most passionate and happy people you will ever meet!
Her passion and love for hair shows in every client that she does. She was inspired to get into the hair industry because of the artistry. She loves to create customized art for each of her guests to wear! Coley is always looking to learn and loves the education that she receives at Free Spirit Salon.
Outside of work you can find Coley spending time with her 3 kids, painting, reading, or nerding out over history. She is also learning ASL to better communicate with her deaf son and the community. If she did not do hair she would be a historian or own a book shop!

Jensen has been apart of our team for over 5 years now. Her story is a cool one: a while ago she messed up her hair trying to do it herself from a YouTube tutorial and it was not cute lol. Seeing how her hairstylist was able to make it look so beautiful again was the aha moment for her and she knew she wanted to do the same thing for others! She has always been super into the aesthetics of things and she has really taken that view into doing hair. To her every head of hair is like an art project and she loves the process of collaborating with her clients to create looks that have the wow factor. She loves keeping up with any current trends and really values continued education to give her clients that wow factor again and again! Behind the chair she loves doing balayage/lived in colors, haircuts, high contrast color, and anything in the shag/mullet family.
Fun Facts about Jensen: She was a dancer for 16 years and can do a cartwheel with no hands! She also loves wigs, makeup, photography, and videography!

Aubrey’s highest priority is customer service. She is genuine and honest about your concerns and what is achievable for you. She wants you to be in love with your hair and understand why and what we are doing to best suit you and your lifestyle. At the end of the day you are the one who lives with your hair, so as long as you’re happy, she is happy!
Aubrey’s greatest career accomplishment to date is being one of the fastest team members to get promoted from a level one to a level two stylist in company history!
Fun facts about Aubrey: She has a bachelor’s of business administration in management, she always has fun and creative nails, and she did a study abroad in college and loves traveling.

Hayley is absolutely obsessed with hair and connecting with people! She is a lover of all things balayage, blondes, lived in color, vivids, and fun and funky cuts! Her priority is hair health and helping people find the right ways to have the best hair in the salon and at home!
Hayley’s most proud career moment is being chosen as a SEHA 2023 finalist in the category of newcomer stylist.
Outside of Free Spirit you can find Hayley with her 2 cats, acting, or doing makeup!

Petri is a stylist at Free Spirit Salon and graduated from The Paul Mitchell School in Atlanta, GA! She has over 2 years of experience behind the chair and specializes in color and highlights. Before joining Free Spirit Salon, she worked in a salon that specialized in latino hair! She has a lot of experience with textured hair and lightening services.
Petri is also bilingual and speaks Spanish! She would love to speak in Spanish with you during your appointment if you’d like! 🙂

Michelle has been perfecting her craft on our team. She graduated from the Paul Mitchell Esani in Alpharetta, GA!

She was born in Mexico and raised in Atlanta, GA. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. She loves that she gets to get dressed up every morning and meet new people every day.
Outside of work you can find Evelin making homemade candles, hiking, or watching movies on Netflix.

Isabelle began her career working in the non-profit sector with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She took the people management skills and her love of making people feel their best with her in her transition to Free Spirit Salon & Aesthetics in early 2023. She joined the management team and has taken on many roles, such as inventory/ordering, resident handi-woman and filling in as needed at the front desk.

Free Spirit Aesthetics began in October 2022 when the Free Spirit Salon management team realized there was an opportunity to offer high-end, luxury services to their customers conveniently. Free Spirit Aesthetics is Physician-owned and managed by the same team as Free Spirit Salon. The team is made up of Supervising Physician, Sheldon Lincenberg, a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon; Margaret Kapasi, a trained Aesthetic Injector and Board Certified in Diabetes Management specializing in weight loss; Melissa Maddux, a Nurse Practitioner and trained Aesthetic Injector; and Katie Medina, a Medical Esthetician with Laser Certification through the State of Georgia. Our goal is to create custom treatment and maintenance plans designed specifically for you, because you deserve to feel free in your own skin!
